Why practising interview questions helps

Use the STAR method for behavioural questions
The STAR method stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. It provides a simple structure for explaining what happened, what you were responsible for, what you did, and what happened as a result.
- Situation: Explain the relevant context.
- Task: Describe your responsibility or objective.
- Action: Explain the actions you personally took.
- Result: Describe the outcome and what you learned.
Prepare without memorising answers
Prepare two or three genuine stories from your projects, studies, internships, work, volunteering, or other relevant experiences. You can adapt those stories to different questions while keeping your answers truthful.
